Taylor Swift Leaves Rihanna Behind as the Richest Female Musician in the World, Worth $1.6 Billion
With the unprecedented success of her Eras Tour, it has just been announced that Taylor Swift has now overtaken Rihanna to be the richest female musician in the world.
As a result, Swift – who turns 34 tomorrow – now has an estimated net worth of $1.6 billion, Forbes reports, the first musician ever to join the billionaires club based on the cash generated from her music and touring. Adding to Swift’s good fortune: about $600 million comes from royalties and touring, Forbes reports, but her music catalog is now worth $600 million, and her real estate is valued at $125 million.
Swift’s fortune puts her at number 2,118 on the Forbes worldwide billionaires list. Rihanna, 36, is right behind her with a net worth of an estimated $1.4 billion. Jay-Z remains the world’s richest musician with an estimated $2.5 billion net worth.

In March 2023, Swift released the Eras Tour in the U.S., touring with over 40 songs in her setlist. She toured through the U.S. until August of that year and then started her international leg, which included a few stops in South America, Asia, Australia, and Europe.
